What is yorkshire pudding??
It's a little puffy savoury pastry usually served with roast dinner. You make a batter (pancake consistency), heat oil super hot in muffin trays in the oven, pour the batter in and cook.
Toad in a hole is a big dish of Yorkshire pudding with sausages baked in to it.1 -

This is toad in the hole here. The thing that isn't sausages is Yorkshire pudding.
