If I use water enhancers in all of my water bottles but I still drink 5 bottles, is that good or should it be plain water?

Putting something in water doesn't change the fact that it's water.

Ok, thank you. Because I've been told that its not the same as drinking water because it adds to it.

There are a lot of derpy sources that tell people things like that. Any drink made with water counts as water to your body as far as hydration needs go. Soda, tea, coffee, milk, flavored water, seltzer water, tonic water, fruit juice, etc.
