I'm in and I'm excited to be in a community of motivated runners. I've let myself catch the freshman 30 and I need to do better about exercising like the rest of you here.

January-February: 5 miles a week
March-April: 7 miles a week
May-June: 9 miles a week
July-August- 11 miles a week
September-October- 13 miles a week
November-December- 15 miles a week
