HOW do I get the nutritional information - after I've typed in my own recipe, to show me the PHOSPHORUS content? thanks

    As it is not required to be on nutritional labels, the entries in the database are highly unlikely to have it, so your unlikely to be able to get an accurate count.

    Other places like Cronometer and SelfNutrition find it - but it's all individual ingredients, so a hassle to mark down and then divide. The info is available to these sites - but not on labels. I'm HOPING myfitnesspal can show it.
