Doing it for the swing!

I know I need to lose weight and change myself/lifestyle to be able to live the life I want to - but the thing (so far) that's got me motivated and excited is improving my golf game! Strength, flexibility, cardio, mental toughness.

Being this heavy and playing competitively is a chore! Getting winded, sore legs, the works. Plus big bellies get in the way!

Also - if anyone wants a friend, add me! I'll help keep you honest and hope you do for me as well!

    Welcome mate :smiley: I'm not a golfer but a lawn bowler, so constantly bending down, walking up and down the green and me sweating buckets is not something i want ^^. The mental toughness aspect is something im striving for too. :) I'll add you now!
