Hello just started. Any tips? I'm trying to lose 80 lbs. this calorie counting is new to me.

Biggest thing I can say is have patience it does take time and can be frustrating but if you track what you eat and you try to be active you will feel so much better!0

Baby Steps. One Day at a time. Every little bit counts. Quality over quantity. Start Small....increase your activity a bit each day, and learn how to make better choices in your food selection. You didn't gain 80 lbs overnight....the same will be true in reverse...but with smart choices over the long term....you can achieve anything you want for yourself! :-)1 -
