Full after UNDER calorie goal?

A little back story, I am adjusting to sensible eating habits and have tried my darnest to log every bite. I have been planning my meals for the day ahead of time which has kept me on track. My goal is set at 1400 calories per day plus 200 - 400 activity calories 4 or 5 times a week.
Question: Sometimes I am significantly under my calorie goal (500 - 200 cals) for the day but I'm just not too hungry. Should I eat those extra calories despite not feeling hungry or take advantage of that satisfied feeling aka not eat to goal?
Thoughts?

I would eat the calories to meet your goal. You don't want to shut your metabolism down. And if your goal is 1400 and your 500 under that is way to low. Your body will start to hoard those calories you did eat. The body will always try to preserve its self if it thinks it is starving. Follow your plan as close as possible.0

My TDEE -20% is almost 1700 and at first I really struggled to eat that much. It took me about a week to adjust but now there are days where I can easily go over. Going under a little isn't a bad thing but going under by 500 calories daily isn't good. Enjoy eating!!!0
