So I have dumbbells and a kettlebell that I use at home to workout but wanting to know what are everyone's go to for arms and back workouts with dumbbells or kettlebell. This seems to be my go-to areas for wanting to build more muscle.

Pavel or Sarah Lurie are a good place to start.
Muscle and strength... not so much.
That workout isn't bad, but it does assume that you've got a gym full of dumb bells to choose from.2 -

I did it with adjustable dumbbells.1
