Can someone please tell me how to find this and how to use it thank you

when you click on food, you will see "recipes" on top. Click on that & you can add recipes manually or put in a website & import a recipe. You put in the name of your recipe &You have to type out all the ingredient, ie 2 ounces of milk etc. One ingredient per line. on the bottom you click the" match ingredients" tab to see if it matched 100%, if not, you can edit it. You also have to put in how many servings in order for it to finish so you can log it. There's more than one way to figure out how many servings you want out of it, cups, grams. Maybe someone else on here will tell you how. I usually just do soups so I measure my the cup or pieces if it's a dessert.

Am I going crazy?? I could swear that I saw a "instructions" feature on the recipe section this week. It would be great if we could add instructions/directions for a recipe in addition to the ingredients

If you are using the web version Old Recipe Calculator, there is an option when you click yes to the question "Would you like to submit this recipe to the MyFitnessPal recipe database?" that includes a text box for instructions. That is a remnant of the old version and does not work at all. MFP never implemented recipe sharing and abandoned it many years ago.
