Hello my name is Tiffany. I am going to try this again. Attempting low carb at about 100 grams a day. I am currently breastfeeding a 2 month old. I have about 25-30 pounds to lose. I hope I can do this I am going to need a lot of will power! Anyone want to be friends? Add me

Adjust to lower calories slowly, if you cut real fast you may drop supply.
