Soo.. does anyone else have a calorie app? My calorie intake for what i want to lose is 1200 which is standard. I just at dinner i now i feel like throwing up i think my body doesnt know whats going on, as i still have 900 calories left, i have done over 21ks this week. And im only on day 7 so i think thats why.

Most of us here are using MFP to track calories, but there are some users who have reached their goals and just enjoy hanging out on the forums and no longer track.
I don't fully understand the rest of your post. But, if you have 900 calories left over regularly you are under eating, which can be very unhealthy, so make sure you are eating enough.1
