Hey everyone! about 4 months ago, I gave birth to my son, and I'm still dealing with the after math of my body completely changing. Through this amazing journey of pregnancy, I ended up gaining 75lbs! To date, I dropped about 25lbs, but I have a solid 50lbs more to go. I joined MyFitnessPal in hopes of gaining a better grip on my diet and to push myself to really start seeing results. My biggest upset it that right before I got pregnant, I had lost 50 LBS on my own which put me at the lowest weight of my adult life, and I was feeling on top of the world. I'm craving that feeling again.
