Keto Diet and Calories

Ok this is a question for the Keto dieters, do you still count your calories? Long ago when I did Atkins I lost a lot of weight but I did not count calories, I just ate protein and very low carbs. How is this type of diet working these days? Thank you for your feedback!

It works like every other diet ever has worked and will work - by consistently taking in fewer calories than you burn. If you can do that wthout tracking calories, you don't have to track intake.3

Yes, you absolutely have to count your calories. Regardless of what you eat or what you call your "diet" you have to take in the correct amount of calories for your goal and the only way to know that is to weigh, measure, and log your food.2
