My name is Oscar and I've been hitting the gym pretty hard since February of last year. I seem to come to a point where im not burning fat, im at 198lbs with 13% body fat. could it be my diet?
i have switched up my working out routines so my body wont get used to it, i also do cardio before any workout, and i seem to always be drenched in sweat after a good workout.
please help me get past this point.
most is belly fat if that helps.
