Calories in chicken wings and wing bites!

Hey! I am going to a pizza restaurant soon and would really like to get wings or wing bites, but also want to be able to log them as accurately as possible. It seems to vary so much in regards to calories and nutrition, and I know this is probably because it varies greatly depending on how it's prepared. Just wondering if any of you had luck logging wings or wing bites? Also, which one of those two would be lower in calorie - 6 mild wings, or a 1/2lb of boneless bites? The sauce is a thinner buttery sauce, not the thick ketchup based type.
Any advice would be helpful

If this meal is a one-off, just find something in the food list that sounds close and use that. One meal isn't going to make any difference in the long term.3

see if the place has the nutrition info online.
if not, find something similar in the database (go with a higher calorie count)
its all a guessing game.0 -

This.
In the future, maybe try to get grilled, not fried. Get the sauce on the side, too, so you can control how much you get.0 -
They don't have grilled on the menu, unfortunately. It's a very small pizzeria where we're having a birthday party for a family member for dinner. Their options are basically Pizza, French Fries, and wings&wing bites lol0

id use one from pizza hut or something.
but one meal is not going to make a difference. take it easy the rest of the day, get in an extra workout, or chalk it up to having a good time.0 -
I'd just use entries from chain restaurants. Buffalo Wild Wings (for unbreaded wings) or Dominos, Applebees, Hooters, Outback Steakhouse (for breaded wings/boneless wings).
Chicken wings are notoriously high-calorie, which always bums me out, because they're so darn good!0 -
I found a pretty similar restaurant with calorie descriptions, and it's looking like for a 1/2lb of wing bites i'll be looking at 613 calories. Or for half a dozen wings, i'll be looking at 750 calories.
I wish wings weren't so good. Oh well, they'll fit into my calorie budget anyways. Thanks!1
