Hi there I recently started getting b12 injections. Now my hunger is suppressed which my dr told would happen however now Im having hard time getting enough calories. I eat until im no longer hungry. Im not against the shots however what can I sneak in to up my caloric count without feeling uncomfortably full. I have about 80 pounds to loose but if I dont get in atleast 1200 that drops my metabolism doesnt it?

It’s hard to eat when you aren’t hungry. I’m taking B12 in pull, multivitamin, and Vyvanse which has suppressed my appetite. I force myself to eat something small and healthy every 4-6 hours to encourage my metabolism. Just a few bites! If I can’t manage that, I’ll have a large amount of water to help feel full and give my body something to process, we need to drink a gallon a day!3
