Excercising with a peptic ulcer

Made an appointment with doc but was hoping for tips from fellow ulcer havers on safe excercise (not treatment advice) in the meantime. It's in treatment but still gives me some guff.

    For example, I'm guessing crunches and other core based exercises are a nah.
