Chicken Leg Quarter Calories

Tonight I cooked a pack of four chicken leg quarters that I bought at Aldi to use for salads. Once it was done I picked the chicken (left some of the skin & fat on) & was wondering which entry I should pick in the database? There was no nutritional information on the packaging.

did you not weigh it before you cooked it? you should have.
anyways. since you now have no way to know what part of the leg it came from (thigh, drumstick, etc), i would use a generic chicken entry. probably chicken thigh since you left fat in and the dark meat is higher in calories. so ... chicken thigh, roasted etc , and see what comes up.0
