Hello All,
Can anyone recommend good sources of scientifically credible information on diet and exercise that they have experience with?
Thanks,

www.bodyrecomposition.com - a wealth of information about diet/nutrition and training.
examine.com - great source to research supplements.3 -
If you're serious about it.. any recent college textbook on nutrition, from a library, used bookstore, etc.
For exercise, an exercise science textbook, and also a kinesiology texbook. A simpler approach is to read the study guide for a good trainer's certification, like NASM. Check Ebay for used copies.1
