Hotel Gyms

I work at a hotel and use the gym regularly (its free). It has basic equipment: elliptical, treadmill, bike, hand weights, and weight machine. I have been doing a training program for the passed 2 1/2 months using this equipment. Some exercises I can't do and others I have had to modify either the way I use the equipment or the exercises. I also have had success. I am a novice when it comes to weight training. Eventually I plan on joining an actual gym. I just want people to know that if you work at a hotel and it offers you the use of the equipment find a training program go for it. I often do my workouts after my shifts since I am already there. That means 11 PM at night or 7 AM in the morning after my night shift... crazy commitment. Good Luck to others
