Ok. My name is Sheila and I started my healthy eating on Tuesday of this week. SOOOO happy as I have lost 3.5Kg and my BM is 8.5 WHOOP WHOOP!!!! Just need to stay motivated as that has been the problem in the past!

Welcome! If staying motivated has been your problem in the past, maybe that is because staying motivated shouldn't be your main focus anyway. You need a sustainable plan and to stick to it. Healthy eating usually translates to boring and joyless diets, and to lose weight you only have to eat less, but consistently and for a long time. 3.5 kilos down in the first week would be mostly water and waste, what matters is long term adherence to calorie deficit.
