I generally just keep my bowls in the cupboard and don't move them around much.
If you mean a bowel movement, lots of fiber and water.0 -
be careful not to drop your bowl...especially if there's anything in it. Moving them shouldn't be a problem....0

Water and massaging your belly in a circular motion. I think clockwise is correct as you're looking down. Sleep on your back if you can can help, too.0

I get at least 30g of fibre and I have no issues. Beans, Quest bars, Romaine Lettuce and Raspberries are some of my fibre heroes0

I just reorganized my cupboards and moved my bowls. It's been a PITA because I keep forgetting. True story.
Fibre and water does help, though, as others have said. Also, coffee! I don't know about anyone else, but a cup of joe in the morning usually has me running to the can within an hour or two.
OH! And greasy fast food. That'll get things moving in a hurry. Though, probably not the best recommendation to make.0 -
best way to get a bowel movement...smoke a cig first thing with a cup of coffee...that *kitten* will be righteous...
