Calories under with negative Sugar Number.

Question please :) Is the sugar number very very important to not go over if I'm within my calories and have calories left? Right now I'm negative 34 with 189 more calories available.

If you are in a caloric deficit, it does not matter.

No, unless you have diabetes, the sugar number won't make a difference...I don't even track mine - fibre is a lot more important....

Many people are anti sugar here, but sugar is important. The numbers that go in the red are mostly minimum values to avoid deficiencies, you should hit them, not go under them.

I replaced my sugar number with a fiber number, turns out I go over on the fiber today too. Oh, well. Fiber is good for you, right?

I don't think you can eat too much fiber. Well, probably you can but not likely!

What fiber intake did you get?

Fiber is great for you. And if that high carb number worries you, just remember that each gram of fiber cancels out one gram of carbohydrate. I mean, you probably don't want to let that make you think you should eat more carbs that needed, but it's a nice little bit of info to know, to reassure you that you're still doing just fine.
