I am married (17 years and counting), have 1 child (5 year old daughter).
I have been pretty active the majority of my life. I enjoy lifting and running among many other things.

I'm on a mission to get ripped before our Cancun, MX trip at the end of July. Plenty of time... Just have to put in the effort, focus on diet and training.
