Savory oatmeal

I make savory oatmeal. Plain oats with spinach, turkey sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, seasonal salt, a poached egg, and a sprinkle of Shredded parmesan cheese. It's filling and comes in at 300 calories.

I like it too. It’s very filling. I do oatmeal with a fried egg, bacon and avocado. Maybe a little cheese. So good and I’m stuffed afterwards.0
