Fitness Blender Calorie Burn

I have been doing FB workouts. I usually put in the mid range level between their numbers as I do keep up with them most of the time unless it's a particularly brutal HIIT workout. How accurate has anyone else found their numbers? I just don't want to be overestimating. I watched their explanation video so since I'm not a 200 lb guy I'm probably on the low to midrange end I'm guessing.

I wear a HRM- I am always on the low end, and for straight strength workouts I am usually below the low end.
I'm a 5'5'' 32 year old woman. In the 160s.0 -
I'm 41, 5'3", 147lbs. I'm usually on the lower end too. I find I get a higher burn on workouts I am more familiar with because my movements are more fluid, so I get more reps in and less time figuring out what they're doing.1
