Totally Fell off the Wagon

Since October I have been on holidays, courses in hotels and obviously Christmas. So that’s very little exercise with lots of hotel food. Not a great combo. I have put 10llbs back on.
So the fit bit is out, the swimmo is out and back to logging food. In the last two weeks, I’ve lost a pathetic total of 0.5llbs and I’m absolutely shattered from the extra exercise. But the determination is back. I’m not going back into my fat clothes.

I put on 30 lb in that time frame. We're not alone in yo-yo season.1

I've put on 20lbs since August and I'm right there with you. Back to logging those calories!0
