Dropping the baby weight

Hi all! I'm a 28f with two little boys. My oldest is 3 my youngest is 8mo. Now that I'm done (for good) having kids, I'd like to get into decent shape. I'm 5"5' and sitting at 204 lbs with a goal weight of 150lbs. My pre pregnancy weight was 170-175.

I have a new fitness tracker and I'm just trying to get more movement in and keep my calories under control for the time being. I have a bad back so I'm easing back into exercise, mainly walking and recumbent bike.

I'd love accountability buddies and if anyone has a misfit tracker I'm lck219 on it!
