I'm ready to rage eat everything...
First off, during this "time of the month" I feel like I have the fury of 15 she-hulks.
Secondly, I want to eat every pastry and chocolate I see within a 30 mile radius.

How does everyone else manage this time of the month without literally biting a chunk out of someone's hand?

Should I let myself have a "diet break" during this week and eat whatever TF I want? Maybe have a "cheat day"? What do I do? HULK SMASH!

It's hard, no doubt. Thankfully, those days are far behind me, and good riddance. I was so hungry I wanted to nibble my own fingers off--who thinks like that?! Here's what I found that helped. I'd have a glass of milk, high in protein and low in fat, and if I was still ravenous, I'd have just a bite or two of something sweet. Of course, it's not as satisfying as finishing off 1/2 a cheesecake, but with the milk already in, my stomach felt full. Then I would need to distract myself to get my mind off any residual cravings.

Good luck. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you.

1 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1Tbl of Honey any 1 cup of frozen (thawed) Berries usually does the trick for me!!!! Throw in some chia seeds and you got a pretty tasty fruit pudding thing goin on! Theres always peanut butter too :)

I only crave candy around my TOM so I usually eat at maintenance for a couple days.

Log what you eat. Make room for a treat. I’m currently having a Ritter Sport mini chocolate bar. Yum!
