Omg my knee is killing me. It is really sore I wanted to take a couple breaks off from working out but I am scared if I do I won't want to go back or I won't lose what I could be losing. Should I just do ice and heat afterwards I don't know I had acl recunstruction and it has been really sore since working out. I want to keep working out doing the bike and things like that but my knee hurts so bad I don't want to reinjure it any suggestions?

Can you do any type of activity in the water? It's much easier on the joints.

Knee pain while cycling is a sign that the bike is not set up correctly for you. Have a look at this site for some information - half way down the page there is a nice little article on knee pain.

    http://www.brianmac.co.uk/cycling/bikesetup.htm

Could also have a look here:
    http://physiobench.com/articles/19/Basic-Bike-Set-Up:-5-Tips-to-set-up-your-bike-so-as-to-avoid-injury

In summary however - when sitting on the bike, when the pedal is in the lower position your leg should almost be straight - without straining or locking.
Also when at the forward 3 o'clock position if you were to drop a piece of string from the front of your knee, it should pass through the centre of the ball of your foot.

If in doubt - visit a local cycle shop and ask them to assist you. But don't be afraid to make changes and try them out.

There are specific exercises and stretches you can do to strengthen your knees and prevent injury. These are from the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

I used these a couple of years ago when heavy training started aggravating my already-weak knees.
