McCain frozenJacket Potato - Potassium levels?

Bought these https://www.mccain.co.uk/products/jacket-potatoes/ready-baked-jackets/ as I am trying to increase my potassium intake, internet says jacket potatoes are good for potassium.
Thing is, when logging the potato, it shows as zero potassium..tried searching McCains website, MFP etc and the levels range from 0.00 to maybe 10mg when normal plain jackets potatoes have around 200mg of P...
Anyone have any idea how much potassium is in these particular ones (cant believe its not on the McCain webiste) - does them being frozen, then microwaved 'destroy' the potassium? how come on MFP most of the logs for these jackets show 0 potassium?
Confused...
Thanks
Ian

The database entries are created by your fellow users. If they don't know the potassium levels, they can't put it in the entry. Or if they know it and don't care about it, they may leave it off. If you can find the amount on the label/website, you can update the entry.
Microwaving and freezing doesn't, to my knowledge, destroy potassium. If potassium was an important value for me to track, I think I would create my own entry based on the potassium in a potato and use that for my own logging.1 -
To add to that, many packaged foods don't have potassium (most, in fact), because it is not currently required. If you want to track potassium, one option is to use the USDA entries (they are in the database but you have to track them down, generally you can find them here: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list and copy the description. If you find the right entry it should have a bunch of unit options.
I think you could weigh yours and use the applicable USDA entry for a baking potato. If it's pre-cooked and just being reheated, probably weigh it after reheating and use the entry for a cooked potato. If you eat the skin use the one with skin and if you don't use the one without (lots of nutrients are in or near the skin).1
