I need some help staying on track!!

I'm 33 and I need help staying on track. I don't have friends on here so I will skip working out or over eat since I don't have anyone to be accountable to. I'd like some friends on here who will motivate me to log my foods daily and exercise more often. Thanks

    I log on here and exercise and weigh myself daily. I don’t accept friend requests because I’m kind of a solitary gal. But, I will say that you absolutely can develop the discipline to achieve your goals! One thing that helped me was putting my gym class times on a calendar and keeping my “appointment” no matter what. There were days when I didn’t want to go, but I went anyway. You can decide to be accountable to yourself by logging every day.

    I’m sure there are folks who will add you as friends here! Good luck with everything you do.
