InSanity. Pause or not to Pause

Usually after the 2nd reps I need more than 30sec to recover. What I have been doing is hit pause for another +/-30sec to recoup before 3rd rep. If I don’t do that, I would end up sucking air and watching. At some point I will not push pause anymore. Question is, should I not hit pause?

If you need to hit pause, hit pause.
The day will come when you won't have to.
I always do a programme that I have to build to complete. Once I ran the whole thing at half speed so I could keep up- I eventually could, that's when I started looking for something new.
Cheers, h.

The first time I did Insanity, I would either hit pause or do it in half speed too. I’ve done Insanity a number of times now and no longer pause. Over time, your body will adjust and you will be able to keep up, no problems.1
