First Day of workout.

It is challenging to stay on track with a workout. I decided to do what I do best and that is dancing. I love to dance! From hip hop dancing to salsa dancing. My 12 year old daughter motivated me and it really was exhilarating!!!! Despite some physical ailments that I suffer from I am not going to quit but take it one day at a time!!!!

    Awesome! That's the best way to work out, doing something you really enjoy, and dancing is certainly a lot of fun. I don't take any classes but sometimes when I'm in a bad mood I'll pop by headphones on and start dancing, it's a great mood booster
