42, ready to get fit and healthy. I’ve lost 19 lbs so far and I feel great. We’re snow bound here and I’m going stir crazy. Any tips to keep up the progress and not reach for comfort foods?

Try searching for heathier recipe versions of comfort foods. I love just sipping on decaf tea before bed in winter months. I also like to spring clean in the winter with the music blasting.... lol

Congrats on those lost pounds, girl! I personally seek comfort either in prayer, a movie or a motivational youtube video. They get my mind off of those "comfort foods" and put me back on the right mindset. Good luck on your journey!

It may be easier if the evil foods aren't around. Like one other said, I like to look up new recipes that are healthy. I love trying new ideas for food especially if it makes something that wasn't right for my diet work to fit my goals.

Congrats on the loss :) As far as keeping it up....Log log log every single thing that you eat. It creates a guilt for me lol
