Can anyone help me?

I'm Asian with 152 tall and 143lbs weight. I know I'm in overweight list.
I spend almost 2hours in gym. I do cardio 40min and then with strength workout. But my weight didn't move since like 4months. I'm heart broke. Is this because I'm WeightLifting? But my trainer said that weightlift also burn fats and you look slimmer. Where I'm doing wrong? I count my calories here and always under calories count. I'm fed up with same weight.
Please guys,help me.. Guide me.
