Planning to loose 100, also hey everyone!

Hi everyone hope you guys are well, recently I started slowly watching what I eat and began working out at the gym. After 2 weeks or so I weight my self I actually have gained a few pounds, got a little bummed but not to bad. However I forget mention that I'm also doing red LED light therapy with a doctor twice a week I go for two sessions, anyways at the doctor's office they have a BMI device, when I got on it it shows that I gained 6 pounds of muscle! And lost 7 pounds of fat. I know if I work hard I will get to my goal fitness and health level
