    Yeah, don't beat yourself up.

I try to remember that if hunger isn't the problem then food isn't the solution, but I don't always remember that in the moment either. Food makes me feel better. Sugar and breads work the best and it's a battle. I agree, log it and move forward. Good job coming to the MFP Confessional!

Consistency is how you get to your goal. nobody is perfect and everyone will eventually have a day they consider bad. Log everything you can, ask yourself what you would have changed and how you could have avoided the trigger to how it happened so that you can learn for the future.

One day isnt going to ruin as much of your diet as you think. do NOT let the one day be an excuse to quit!

If whatever it is you are doing, is something you want to do, you continue doing it, not waiting to tomorrow (chances are "tomorrow" never comes). "Starting out good" often means expecting perfection, and if you expect perfection, even the smallest deviation means failure, which results in giving in, cheating and giving up. 1.3 kilos in a week is ok if it's your first week (most of it will be water), but if you undereat, you're not going to be able to continue, and weightloss is something that most of all is about consistency.

What about sugar, flour etc? Are you cutting out random foods for no good reason? That just adds to the difficulty of sticking to your calorie allowance.
