Looking for friends that main focus is losing belly fat

I have DIASTASIS RECTI and was wondering have anybody been successful strengthening abdominal muscles and losing belly FAT ...ADD ME PLEASE NEED LOTS OF HELP!

This is a surprisingly difficult exercise but helped me gain some core strength back. Oh and don’t do crunches, or bicycle crunches etc they make it worse.
Also you can’t spot reduce belly fat but losing fat will eventually bring all body fat down so focus on the calorie deficit and you’ll see results.2 -
I have the same thing. Minimal fat elsewhere but the belly is the worst.
Ive been working with a personal trainer for overall body toning. Slowly im seeing results but the belly still the worst.0
