Other irish dancers out there??

Are there any other irish dancers out there that are looking to loose weight on here? Any ideas how many cal an hr of Champ level ID burns?? Just curious...

    I took some classes for about 6 months. I'm not sure about how many calories are burned. I was a beginner, so my steps weren't that strenuous or aerobically challenging. I've done a lot of Scottish Country Dancing, but not recently. The faster dances burn tons. Maybe enter tap dancing and see what comes up.
