Gym newbie!

So just started at the gym this month and I thought it was going to be terrible! Turns out complete opposite :):) just lots of like minded people all working towards their own goals! I feel great so far and I’ve only been 5 times so far hope I can keep this up! Any help with tips when it comes to slimming down thighs and lower stomach would be appreciated! My trouble areas :(

    A lot of people ask about that. If you search the forum, you'll see that it isn't possible to target fat loss. To lose fat - from anywhere - eat fewer calories than you burn. For more on that, read the sticky post in the Diet forum. :+1:
