Do you add planks on your mfp? If so, where would they be? Thank you

    Depends, if I am just throwing a couple of sets of planks in during the day, I don't.

    If they are a part of a 30 min bodyweight workout, I do.

    The energy expenditure for a 10x1 squat set is negligible.
