I joined MFP in June 2010. After a couple of false starts, by mid 2012 I'd managed to lose about 40lbs. Then I just stopped logging and things started to slide. I've been back a couple of times in the last five years but not really hung around very long.
In December my younger sister had a heart attack. She's on the road to recovery but it's been a real wake up call. The final push was being told by my Dr's practice that I need to reduce my cholesterol quickly or it could happen to me too. So here I am starting again. Hopefully for the last time.
