Hey Everyone!

So me and my mom are having a weight loss challenge for 12 weeks seeing who can lose the most weight. I was wondering if any of you have some tips for me. I am exercising everyday and watching my calories and trying not to snack and eating healthy food. I was just wondering if there were any tips with that that you guys could give me. Thanks! :)

    Hey!! Good luck. I’m not sure what “healthy food” is but you need to go keto. Eliminate most carbs from your diet and stick to beef, chicken, fish, eggs, veggies (not fruits), nuts and you will drop weight very quickly. I stay pretty lean and have dropped 9 pounds in the last month. I’m pretty much out of fat to lose now but to me it’s an easy diet to follow and works terrifically.
