Hi everyone,
My name is Shabana and I am new to fitness pal. I am hoping to loose 10 K by the end of 3 months.. please help me if you have anything that comes across your mind that I should eat more. My eating habits is good but just because I have low thyroids I am not be able to be active..? Doctor doesn’t wanna put me on medication yet but asked me to Focus on high-protein diet. .. thank you so much for stopping by and reading my Introduction.

Doing cardio exercises like running, swimming, dancing, etc. Spending day out, try to be physically active spend the day keeping busy yourself. Will sure help you to loose your goal weigh.1
