How do you help soarness after a workout?

A good stretch after a workout, foam rolling, and a good brisk walk.
Otherwise, I imagine the soreness is little monsters eating fat cells and pooping out some good looking muscles and I deal with it.
It only lasts a couple days.2 -

Assuming it is delayed onset muscle soreness, I find that doing some less intense exercise the next day can often help me. At the very least it keeps me moving, at most it loosens up things so the pain is less.0

Stretching, arnica, ibroprophen, aspirin, icy hot, epsom salt bath. I've just ordered a foam roller and I hear wonderful things about that!0
