What do you do when you forget it's a refeed day?

I've been calorie cycling (IFing to reduce my calories by 700 per day, M-F) and eating at maintenance on the weekends. Today, however, I kind of forgot it was a refeed day. So, I didn't eat until 5:00 pm, had some pretzels, potato soup, and some peanut butter hearts. And I feel stuffed. There is no way I'm going to eat another 700 calories before bedtime. So, what should I do?

    Agree with everyone. This sounds like a one-off. Eat what makes you comfortable tonight, move on tomorrow - no harm, no foul :)

    Have your refeed day tomorrow. And have the next one at your normal schedule. Or if you're scared it will throw things out of balance skip this refeed day and do the next one at your schedule.

    I was concerned about throwing my schedule out of whack and was looking for advice from people who may have the same kind of eating schedule. But thanks.
