Okay, so last time I got super serious about losing weight (before 2nd baby), I lost a ton of weight while having 1 cheat day a week (always on my weigh in day...after, of course). I was very good about just sticking to that 1 day, but was super strict the other 6 days. I am wondering if anyone else does this?
Thanks,
Jen

I see a lot of people on here seem to have a regular cheat day. I personally don't. I feel like I would undo all of my hard work the other days. I am still working on portion control and I can see a cheat day getting out of hand. That being said if there is a special ocassion I don't mind going over my calories.0

I have a regular monthly cheat day, which falls on either the first Saturday or first Sunday of the month, depending on where I'm going to be. Last month I had some family and friends over and we made ice cream sundaes at home, had all the fixins, whipped cream, nuts, cherries, the works. It is the day that I get to say, hey, I can eat whatever and not feel bad. It's not that I haven't cheated not on the day, but I find for my peace of mind it works better to have a day I am looking forward to. I did cut out wheat and I still don't allow my cheat to include wheat, but otherwise, anything goes. I am not sure what I am going to cheat with this weekend LOL.0
