I watched a documentary YEARSSSSSS ago about how it's bad for you to do a workout before bed, it's meant to stop ypu from being able to achieve a deep sleep making weight loss harder to achieve.... Does anyone know if this has been refuted and proven to no longer be the case?

Not for most people. Exercise gets th blood pumping but if you take some time to cool down you should be fine.0

According to my infallible Fitbit my deep sleep is similar on days with and without night workouts. I will not be publishing my findings.0
