I am really having trouble with the sliders. I can't seem to get them to go where I want them to go. Maybe I don't have the strength yet? Or am I doing something wrong?0

What type of surface are you on? I'm on carpet so I use the smooth plastic side. They are challenging though!0 -
Omg I did day 5 legs yesterday and my bottom is hurting today!!0

I have wood floors. I look like Bambi trying to stand up on ice. It's hilarious. I may need to modify this move for a while until I get either stronger or more coordinated.

Thats amazing!! I had great results on round 1. Lost 25lbs and 21.5 inches. I tried to jump in and do another round like honestly 4 times and could not see it through. But I was VERY disciplined the first round. No slip ups and nutrition was 100%. It's like my brain wouldn't accept it again. LOL. I am currently doing A Little Obsessed while I wait for my equipment for Lift 4. Im excited to give it my all for the 8 weeks. A bit of a change. But I think 80 Day Obsession was by far the best program I have ever done and I will definitely be doing it again! Good luck!0
